Position Summary
Under Limited supervision, the Sales Administrative Manager performs a variety of routine to complex duties in support of Order Entry and inside sales processes for Aeroflex Colorado Springs as well as Aeroflex Plainview. The Sales Administrative Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to, quote generation, Return Material Authorization (RMA) processing and customer communications including order issues and updates on status. Essential duties and responsibilities include: working closely with our Circuit Card Assembly and Mixed Signal Product Lines; use of Aeroflex Colorado Springs, Inc.’s Visual Manufacturing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System and Aeroflex Plainview Inc.’s CAMM 2K2 ERP System; use of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System, Salesforce.com (SFDC); maintain all of our customer’s information within SFDC; communicate with both external and internal customers verbally and in writing, for product quote generation, RMA processing; manage delivery issues for Aeroflex Colorado Springs Inc. and Aeroflex Plainview, Inc. and manage new and existing purchase order issues with internal and external customers plus other duties as needed. This person does not manage others; this is a functional management position.

Requirements
Candidate must possess a degree (BS) from a four year college or university and a minimum of two years of related experience and/or training is required. Computer skills: must be proficient user of Microsoft Office software; Aeroflex Colorado Springs, Inc.’s Visual Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system; and Aeroflex Plainview, Inc.’s ACCUTERM CAMM 2K2 ERP system. Candidate must have relevant experience in the semiconductor industry. Candidate must also be able to work well in a team environment.
Excellent communcication skills a must.
